New! Dynamics 365 Virtual Agent for Customer Service is available for preview

Dynamics 365 Virtual Agent.. So, the new cloud service which was announced in the public preview in April 2019 is now available (still in preview). It goes without saying, so easy to develop and deploy the virtual agent / bot, I actually did one within 15 minutes…. no boundaries on what you can do with this technology, definitely one of the game changer(s) in digital transformation .
